Meshidamaru made with students from Asakura Higashi High School. It's excellent even if you add it to rice or vegetables or stir-fry it with eggplant!
Sake Damaru
Damaru is the perfect sake for those who like spicy food. It goes well with dumplings and meat, so rice is also recommended.
Vegetable damaru
I used roasted fragrant buckwheat nuts. Dip with seasonal vegetables, rice balls, and mayonnaise.
Tofu damaru
A refreshing and smooth miso made with wood vinegar from Chikuzen Town. It can be used not only for tofu but also for food. Also for dumplings and pots.
